Shipping & Returns 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

A full refund will be issued upon safe receipt of the painting. You have 30 days after purchasing your painting to inform me of any problems.

If the painting is undamaged and in good order only the purchase price of the painting will be refunded - the cost of shipping (initial and return) will be at your expense, so please make sure you are happy with the images provided before making payment.

If the painting has been damaged in transit, I will refund the full transaction amount - including the cost of shipping.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please send an e-mail to tamarasartcollection@outlook.com with your order number and tracking number. Please keep in mind that I am unable to see any additional information when it comes to tracking. 

Please allow your package 14 days (21 days for International shipping) from the date of shipping before reporting the package as lost. 

Cancelled orders

Refunds are subject to a transaction fee (c. 2.5%) - which is taken from every website purchase by my e-commerce provider.
